Sarah-Jane Lonsdale 2E0SJL collected over £100 at the Kempton Park Radio and Electronics Fair on 7th May 2006.
With the kind permission of the organiser, Paul Berkeley M0CJX, Air Scout Sarah-Jane carried out a bucket collection in uniform to help send local Scouts to the World Scout Jamboree in 2007.
She said "I am absolutely thrilled with the generosity of our local radio amateurs".
Sarah-Jane, a member of Shackleton Explorer Scout Unit, has been a Licenced Radio Amateur since she was 10 years old. She is a member of Richmond-Upon-Thames Scouts ARC and Whitton Amateur Radio Group.
